The Production Mentor Scheme was designed to support any production team member stepping up into a new position, or who feels they may need some support in a position they already hold.

The Final Draft training comes in a variety of options depending on your desired outcome for your team. Fully bespoke programmes can be discussed and designed. All options can be delivered whether participants have a Final Draft licence or not.

Usually 5-days long, the Production Coordinator training is aimed at crew who are about to step up to Production Coordinator in HETV, Assistant Production Coordinators who would like to know more or non-scripted PMs who would like to move across to HETV.

Usually 5-days long, the Production Manager training is aimed at crew who are about to step up to Production Manager in HETV, Production Coordinators who would like to know more or AD’s, Location Crew or members of other departments who would like to make the move across to the Production Office. This training has been run for ScreenSkills.

Designed for crew who very specifically need help with just one or two topics, one or more modules from the list below can be selected for training delivery over zoom or face-to-face (location dependent). The training can qualify for Make-a-Move funding.

This service is aimed at production teams who might benefit from additional support, whether that falls into assisting with the team structure and responsibilities, mediating any conflicting responses to circumstances, teams who are overwhelmed or helping to fill any knowledge gaps in the department. It could be assisting with specific tasks that the team is struggling to resource such as clearances or contracts.
